Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)

Provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support to clients in their
homes. Duties include assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility, light
housekeeping, and medication reminders. Must be licensed in Florida and CPR
certified.

Physical Therapist (PT)

Deliver in-home rehabilitation services focused on improving mobility, strength,
balance, and fall prevention. Evaluate clients, develop personalized treatment
plans, and work collaboratively with RNs and caregivers.

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Help clients regain independence through tailored therapy plans focused on self
care tasks and home safety. Support functional recovery, recommend adaptive
tools, and educate families on techniques for daily living.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Provide in-home therapy for clients experiencing speech, language, cognitive, or
swallowing difficulties. Develop treatment plans, track progress, and offer
strategies to improve communication and quality of life.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Deliver skilled nursing care including wound care, assessments, injections,
medication administration, and care planning. Coordinate with clients, physicians,
and caregivers to ensure continuity and quality of care.
